ARIXV provides web development, UI/UX design, ecommerce solutions, and website maintenance services.
Each project is defined through a proposal or agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and digital assets created during the project remain the property of ARIXV until full payment is received.
Once payment is completed, usage rights of the final product are transferred to the client.
ARIXV reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials.
4. Workflow and Deliverables
Projects follow a structured workflow including planning, design, development, and delivery phases.
- Revisions: The number of revisions is defined in the proposal. Additional changes may incur extra costs.
- Communication: We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
5. Payments
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project.
The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery or deployment.
All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide required content, information, and access credentials on time.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Comply with all agreed payments.
7. Limitation of Liability
ARIXV is not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or service interruptions resulting from the use of delivered products.
The client is responsible for the final use of the website and compliance with applicable laws.
8. Changes to Terms
ARIXV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
